Alex Matov

Alex Matov is an entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio contributing to many industries. Mr. Matov is as much a savvy investor and developer as he is a hands-on manager, mentor and director.
Throughout his career, Alex Matov had a number of successful ventures in real-estate developments, emergency medical services, hospitality, early education, pharmaceutical, and community based services. Over the years, one of Mr. Matov’s companies became one of the largest community based services providers in Massachusetts, providing services to more than 1000 patients per day.
Having begun his real estate career over fifteen years ago in Boston, Mr. Matov’s current portfolio includes both residential and commercials properties of over one million square feet throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mr. Matov is the co-founder and managing partner of Fort Point Angels, an early-stage venture capital firm. An integral part of his work is sharing his expertise with younger generations of entrepreneurs.
Mr. Matov is a lifelong learner whose educational career includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the Institute of World Economy and Information in Russia, and coursework in finance, accounting and economics at Boston University in the United States and the University of Reading in the UK.
