Andrian Shapiro

Andrian Shapiro holds both a master's in economics from the Institute of Economics in Kiev and a Law degree from the Law Academy of Odessa. He earned both of the degrees with summa cum laude distinction. After immigrating to the United States, Andrian Shapiro established a chain of rehabilitation centers and pharmacies throughout Massachusetts, which was sought out and acquired by CVS pharmacy. His other accomplishments in the healthcare sector include founding an ambulance company that served 911 contracts as well as Russian-speaking community in the Greater Boston Area, and a chain of community based healthcare programs that served elderly and disabled in the state of Massachusetts.
Andrian Shapiro is a founding partner of LBC Partners . Over the course of his career with LBC , Mr. Shapiro has developed an extensive portfolio of real estate properties that currently supports commercial tenants such as CVS, Petco, iHop and Enterprise Rent-A-Car and has over million square feet of Commercial and Residential space.
Under the leadership of Andrian Shapiro, LBC Boston became a dedicated developer in the City of Quincy. LBC's primary focus is on the redevelopment of downtown Quincy.
